GOOD FOR YOU, NYPD

Saw on the news tonight how the NYPD has a special task force, 500 strong, in a secret location to watch the city .... monitoring bridges, airports, subways, etc. The report also said they are not waiting for the FBI to follow-up leads on Al Qaida. And, they've set up offices abroad and have shown up before the FBI even arrived to investigate a train bombing overseas. Now, Los Angeles PD (and another large city police force) are visiting New York to see the operation. The NY police commissioner basically said his job is to protect the city and he's going to do what it takes, and if the FBI doesn't like it, too bad. MAKE ME PROUD, NEW YORK!!
